1.1 - How do I start?
It is easy. Just follow these three easy steps:

2. Downloading and Installing the Casino Software

The casino software works with Windows 95, Windows 98 and Windows NT and Windows 2000 users. If you have an Apple
Macintosh, webtv or are in a situation where you cant download such as in a shared public facility or a workplace
then you can play the Music Hall Casino non download flash version.
2.2 - How do I download the free software?
If you click on any of the Download buttons
on this web site then you will start the download of the Music Hall Casino software. You will receive several prompts
(ie the "File Download" window - click save this file to disk, the "Save As" window which you should set to save in Desktop)
which are best left at the default values which generally will install the installation file which is called
webinstaller.exe (or {$downloadFILE}) onto the desktop. In case the defaults have been changed it is best to remember the

2.3 - How long does it take to download the software?
The initial download will only take between 2 to 10 minutes depending on the speed of your internet connection.
2.4 - Installing the software
After downloading the Music Hall Casino installation file a
window will pop up asking if you would like to install the software. Simply press "YES" and the software will install.

3. Login and Registration
3.1 - Connecting to the Casino
To login at Music Hall Casino you must first make sure that
you are connected to the internet. Do this as you would normally if you were going to visit any site on
the internet.
- Double click on the Music Hall Casino logo which should be on your desktop. If not, you can go to
the start menu and under programs find Music Hall Casino
- The program will load and automatically take you to the casino (cruiser) menu.
- Click on the connect button.
- You will be asked whether you want to join as a real player, where you play for real money, or as a guest,
where you can play all the games and evaluate the casino with out playing with real money.
3.2 - Registering a username and password
When you register at the casino you
will be asked to choose a password and to enter your name and email address. Please take care entering these
details as they will be used for verification and as a mailing address for your winning. Also remember that
the password is case sensitive.
Within seconds you will receive your username which will start with
tMHCr for a real player and tMHCg for a guest player and will be followed by an unique
8 digit number. For the non download flash version of the Music Hall Casino software the accounts will be the
same but with a "f" in front to designate that it is the flash version ie ftMHCr and ftMHCg.
Please take special care with your password, the same as you would with any other password you have that deals with
real money. Dont give it to anyone else, even if contacted. We dont need to know your password in any emails or
contacts with the help desk as our security is so tight that no one at Music Hall Casino knows your password. As always
if there is a chance that children or other adults may use your computer then we recommend that you dont use

If you havent received your username within 5 minutes there
may have been a problem with transmission so you can try resending the form or contacting the help desk.
Once you have received your username you can click the connect button and enter your username and password and you
will be immediately be connected to the casino and you are now ready to start playing.
3.3 - How do I play as a guest
If you register as a guest you will be given a guest
account number which starts with tMHCg followed by an 8 digit number. This allows you to play at the casino
but all of your winnings and losses will be for fun. Your guest account never expires so you can play as often as you
like. As a guest player your account starts with 1000 credits and you can accumulate more fun credits by clicking on
the Bank button and choosing Deposit. If you are asked for credit card details then you have opened a real account
by mistake. Contact the help desk and ask them about opening a guest account
3.4 - How do I play for real
If you register as a real player you will be given a
real account number that starts with tMHCr followed by an 8 digit number. This allows you to play as a real
player and all of your winnings and losses will be for real. Please put your password and username in a safe place
so that no one else can use them. As a real player the minimum deposit you can make is $20

4.1 - What is the VIP club loyalty program?
When you play at Music Hall Casino you'll be awarded VIP loyalty points. Every 100 points
is worth $1 in chips. There are also numerous promotions which earn you VIP points. Just like frequent
flyer points, the VIP loyalty program rewards players for their loyalty. The more you play the more rewards you get
and since they're your points we put you in control of them. You can go to the VIP club and check your account at
any time. Other casinos make you wait until they're ready to give you credit. We let you do it at any time. As long
as you've got 1000 points in your account you can withdraw when you want to. And even better yet all transactions
are done in Real Time!
4.2 - How do I join?
All real players are automatically members. Shortly after
you join Music Hall Casino, you'll receive an email which you can click on or cut and paste in to your browser. This
will send you to the CasinoRewards page where you'll be prompted to setup a VIP password. For security reasons we
recommend you use a different password than the one you use at the casino. Once you click on the set password button
you're ready to start using the system.
4.3 - What is my username and password?
Your username at the VIP club is different
than your casino username. Your VIP username is automatically set as your firstname_lastname in exactly the same
way that you registered when you joined the casino. So if you entered spaces or initials when you joined these must
be entered in your username when you login at the VIP club. Your password is set when you join the VIP club and
for security reasons we recommend using a different one than you casino password.
4.4 - What if I forget my VIP password?
If you forget your password or it's not
working make sure you are entering it in the correct case as passwords are case sensitive. If that doesn't work
please click this link or
go to the VIP login page and click on the Forgot Password button and enter your email address in the box. Once you
click submit, an email will be sent to you. This email could take up to two hours to arrive although it will
normally be there within a few minutes. The email will have your password in it or if you have not set one up
a link in it that you can either click on or cut and paste into a web browser. This link will log you into the VIP
section and prompt you to setup a new VIP password. This new password won't change the password you use for entering
the casino.
4.5 - How do I earn points?
Every time you play at the casino as a real player you earn VIP points.
4.6 - What is CasinoRewards?
CasinoRewards is like the airline alliance programs and
it has dramatically changed the way players can earn and redeem loyalty rewards. Different casinos are members of the
CasinoRewards program and points you earn on any Casino Rewards member site are added together into your single VIP
account. Better still you can redeem your VIP points at any casino that is a member of the Casino Rewards program.

4.7 - How do I check my VIP account balance?
Log into the VIP Club by clicking on
the VIP button/tab either at the casino or on the Music Hall Casino website and enter your username and password. You'll
come to your personal VIP page which will show you how many points you've earned since you joined the casino, how
many points you've got to withdraw, and how many points you need before you can withdraw. You can even click on the
statement button to view a history of your VIP points account.
4.8 - How do I redeem points?
You can redeem your points for casino credits at any time although you can only redeem in
1000 point lots. In addition, those who've earned the most VIP points will be eligible for bigger and
better promotions. To redeem points for credits at the Casino login into the CasinoRewards VIP site and
if you have enough points available the cash button will be green. Once you click on the button you will
be asked to confirm and then you are finished.
4.9 - How long does it take to get the credits into my account?
The credits should be in your account within 5 minutes but please allow 2 hours for them to be credited to your account.
4.10 - What if I can't login to the VIP Club?
Firstly check that you have
entered the correct username and that it is the same as how you entered the data when you joined the casino.
Check that the password you are entering is correct remembering that it is case sensitive so if the Caps Lock
is on it may be changing the case of your entry.
If your browser has cookie functionality turned off
then you will not be able to enter the VIP club. In addition some old versions of Internet Explorer and Netscape
may not be able work with the site. In this case you can try the no cookies version although it doesn't have all
of the functionality of the full cookie version VIP club.
5. Error Messages
5.1 - Error Message "Cannot find Winsock.dll"
If you received a message
"cannot find Winsock.dll" this means that a particular file which is needed to run our casino program is not
on your system. This particular file should be installed when you are installing Windows. Apparently the Windows
installation on your computer system did not install all of the files which you need to run various applications
such as our Casino program. You can have the file installed by re-running the windows installation or the file
can be copied across from another system and place into the following folder on your computer:C:\WINDOWS
5.2 - Error Message "Cannot find MFC250.dll"
If you received a message
"cannot find MFC250.dll" this means that a particular file which is needed to run our casino program is not on
your system. This particular file should be installed when you are installing Windows. Apparently the Windows
installation on your computer system did not install all of the files which you need to run various applications
such as our Casino program. You can have the file installed by re-running the windows installation or the file
can be copied across from another system and placed into the following folder on your computer:C:\WINDOWS
5.3 - Error Message "Socket has been lost"
This happens when you have lost
connection with your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or dial-up service. First re-establish connection with your ISP
and then re-connect to the casino server. The server will refresh the last known position you were on the casino before
the lost connection.
5.4 - Error Message "You have not logged on to the casino"
This occurs when a username
and/or password is typed incorrectly. Check your username and password then click on Connect again remembering that
both the username and password are case sensitive. The username and password should always be entered in the case
they were given to you. Also check that the Caps Lock is not on as this will affect the case of the typing with out
you realizing.
5.5 - Error Message "You have been locked out of the Casino"
Your account gets
automatically locked out for an hour whenever you enter the wrong password three times in a session. This system has
been put in place as a security measure so as to prevent someone from trying to access your account by guessing your
password.
If you forgot your password you will need to call in at our toll free number or send an email so we
can confirm it. You will need to send information that will be used to confirm your ID before we will issue you a new
password.
5.6 - "Connecting to host" but doesnt connect
This is usually caused
when a player is not connected to the internet or has a bad or very slow connection to the Internet. Remember that
you must be connected to the Internet before you open the casino program. The 'connect' button on the casino software
is used to connect the player to the casino server only, not the Internet. If you feel you are connected but still
experiencing this problem, try disconnecting from the provider and reconnect, then try the casino program again. If
the problem persists, e-mail us at support for help.
5.7 - "Logging On" but never goes beyond this point
This may be
caused by excessive traffic on the Internet or it may be that our server is busy or down. In most cases it is
due to congestion on the internet. You can try it again, but we recommend that for this type of problem it is
best to check with our tech support for help determining the cause.
6. Adding New Games
6.1 - Downloading More Games
Three games are included in your initial download.
An additional 28 games will download in the background while you signup and play. Until the games are downloaded they
will remain gray or contain text that says "click here to download". To download any of these games log onto the casino
and click onto the game icon and the installation wizard will install the game. Alternatively when you are logged on
to the casino you can click on the Options in the top menu bar and scroll down to "View Available Upgrades" and then
select the game you wish to download.
6.2 - Why is a game grayed out?
The casino software highlights games that you have
not yet downloaded by graying them out and adding text that says "click here to download". These games
may be added to your collection at any time by choosing one of the methods displayed above.
6.3 - What do I do if a game I play has "upgrade available" written on it?
This is telling you that the game has been upgraded to include additional features and you need to download the latest updated
version of this game, which is now available. Follow the instructions in Installation to download the new version.
6.4 - What if I get an error while downloading further games?
If you register as a real player you will be given a

6.5 - Why does it take so long to download new games?
The number of games you have selected, your Internet connection, and conditions of your Internet Service Provider's (ISP) network all affect
your download time. As long as you are connected to the Internet the games will download even if your connection
isn't good.
